“After receiving my vinyl sample I placed my order at 12noon for next day delivery. I assumed it would be a late delivery, if at all. Imagine my surprise when my order arrived at 9am the next morning, 21 hours after I placed order. To get from Stockport to East sussex. Absolutely amazing service. The vinyl was well packed and in excellent order. Can not recommend this company enough Tortoises love their rooms new flooring 😁”

“Very disappointed, the pattern repeat is massive, 50cm, it would be an idea to put the size of the pattern repeat on the specification, which it us not, so customers can get an idea of the size to the type of room they are fitting it in, ie a small bathroom will not be suitable, I won't be using this vinyl as it does not compliment my small room, so wasted my money”

It is very difficult to see what size a pattern may be from an online picture. Before placing your order we always advise ordering a free of charge sample that way you get to see the pattern close up making sure its the right flooring for you. You can also contact our customer service or sales team by phone or email who are always happy to answer any questions you have regarding the flooring. “Good price and quality flooring. I mistakenly thought there was an issue with the size of the floor I ordered, and customer service were extremely helpful with steps I needed to take to get a replacement the next day. Turns out it was a mistake on my side, so no need to replace in the end. Very pleased with overall service.”

“I couldn’t find what I wanted on the website so emailed and got a very quick and helpful response from Michelle in customer services who located what I wanted in the warehouse and then made it available for me to order online. Fabulous service!! Ordered what I wanted and for very reasonable delivery fee it was delivered next day. I would definitely use this company again”
