“Bit soon go assess it yet as it hasn't been lain yet. Could have done with instructions how best to lay it tried to unlock star rating as would rath”

Hey Zanny, We don't include printed instructions with the goods to save paper and because they are available online (linked on the product page where you placed your order). We would advise DIYers to check out the installation documents prior to purchasing. We are supply only so not seeking a review on the installation, just the service we provided (free sample sent to assess quality + delivery of flooring). I see you it was delivered to you in under 24 hours. “Unfortunately although the flooring was exactly what we wanted out of the eight packs we ordered two were damaged and as we only had the men in over two days to fit the floor in our new kitchen they had to improvise to make the other packs fit. So very disappointing.”

Hi Nicholas, Sorry to hear some of the flooring was damaged on arrival. We pride ourselves on resolving any issues promptly, if we are made aware. Damage or delays during transit can occur and this is outside of our control. For this reason we advise that fitters are not booked until the flooring has safely arrived and if there are any issues we ask they are reported to us without delay. Unfortunately we do not have any record of your contact about any damage, only of your request for an ETA on the day of delivery which was Monday 4th Feb. It's great to hear your fitters were able to work around the damaged planks and assume the wastage allowed for this. Best wishes, Best4flooring
