“Excellent ordering and delivery. Friendly and helpful service over phone answering our questions patiently. The only little niggle was when buying online the confirmation page did not appear and I had to phone in to check the order had gone through. No email confirmation was received in spam or inbox. It arrived exactly when said. It looks great in our storage area that needed an uplift! Easy to put down even by novices like us. Very happy!”

“Flooring roll delivered already bent and creased. However customer services were excellent and very prompt to respond to email. Replacement flooring sent next day delivery. Very impressed with the customer service so would recommend this company.”

Hi Lucy, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and for bringing this issue to my attention. I can only apologise that your vinyl arrived in this condition as our warehouse staff are advised to package all 3m wide rolls with cardboard tubes to prevent the sheet vinyl from creasing in this manner. We are always working on better ways to package our items so that they arrive at our customers properties in the best condition possible, so your feedback on the outside packaging is greatly appreciated.
