“The sample arrived in good time and therefore service wise very good. Unfortunately whilst doing some cost comparisons I sourced the same manufactured / style ( Presto / 599Dublin ) for a much lower cost per meter. For this reason In this instance, I will not be purchasing this item from yourselves.”

Hi Dave, We endeavour to offer the best price, service and product range on 100's of flooring products but if you find the exact same product cheaper elsewhere then we really appreciate folk telling us about it and giving us the opportunity to match or beat it. Often we find the cheaper product is out of stock, seconds, inferior spec, clearance or has hidden costs such as delivery charges (we offer free delivery regardless of the size) so what seemed like a better deal often isn't. We are sad that you felt unable to get in touch to let us know and instead posted a negative review of our free sample service.
