“I had a most unfortunate experience with Best4flooring when the delivery was delayed bt days and badly damaged by their carrier TNT. However, throughout this chaos, Rhianon of Best4 was calm and helpful.”

Hi Dee, Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in your delivery and the damage caused in transit but we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately, as with all couriers there can be delays and damages caused in transit but we do try our best to rectify these issues as soon as possible and are working closely with TNT to better their service for our customers. For the inconvenience caused i would be happy to offer you a discount on any future flooring project you have, so please contact me directly at phil@best4flooring.co.uk and i will apply a discount for you. Hope to hear from you soon, Phil Green Sales Manager
