Don’t use them. They do not answer emails about products. I’m still waiting for a reply 2 weeks later. You call them & they can’t take your call. The product I paid for didn’t turn up. They are beyond rude & unhelpful. They are using covid19 as an excuse

Why have I not received my order yet?? Beyond a joke now I paid for 3-7 day delivery and 2 weeks later I’m sat with no order, I want a full refund

Poor customer service And lack of communication when dealing with a missing item. I received an email on Tuesday 28th April promising an update within 24 hours it is now friday 1st May and still I have no update. Item was ordered on 18th April and payment has been taken but I still do not know where my goods are. Very disappointing!!

The ring scratched after a few day’s of use. We were both extremely disappointed. We can only give 1 star for such a poor quality product, especially as it is advertised as durable

Very poor communication with customers. I contacted them on email and Instagram about my order and got no response from either. I thought this was a scam company initially. The PayPal payment took a while to clear. The delivery was past the date promised date. I didn't receive any updates or any communication. The quality of the product is beyond poor. The rose gold coating of the ring has come of after 4 days of use. I would not recommend this company and I will never use them again.

Ordered titanuim wedding band for anniversary with engraving arrived minus engraving rang up answer I got was send it back sorry not enough time to return and get replacement very disapointed

My husband ordered a ring as a present for me. You have not confirmed his order but have taken payment! He has emailed you but you have not responded. I would definitely not recommend anyone to order from Best To Have.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Know body replies to emails. Haven’t received the ring and it’s been two weeks emailing and nothing has being sorted. Out of pocket, seems if you have a problem they can’t be bothered replying. And it’s not letting me rate the review how convenient

I have sent 3 emails requesting instruction to send a ring back as too big, its been 5 days with no reply ??? I dont want to order the correct size until i get this sorted out 😪

Didn’t like the rings so returned for a refund. Ignorned all my emails and I’m still without my refund. Would NOT recommend.

As of yet I still haven’t received my ring that I had purchased!! I am very disappointed. I don’t know where it is as Royal Mail said they tried to deliver it on 19/02 but were unable. I’m not sure where it is now. Please help me find out where it is.

Worst service ever I didn’t receive my order and emailed them, still haven’t got back to me till now. It’s absolutely frustrating to just even think about the lack of care from this company. The parcel wasn’t even sealed properly when it arrived and i have proof of that in the picture i have attached.
