“My purchase wasn't shipped for at least 5 days after I paid, I know this from the emails I sent and received. Then my purchase was delivered to the wrong address and when I emailed customer service this was ignored for 2 days until i spoke to someone on the phone (who was very polite & helpful) and obviously chased the co.plaint up straight away as I had a reply to my emails within a couple of hours saying another ring had been posted to me. The only reason it is 2 stars is because of your customer service lady I spoke to and I still hold out hope that the ring will arrive and I will be happy with it.”

“Loved my pair of rings, good quality and it didn't take too long to be delivered. Also, I've had an excellent customer service, I had some issues regarding the sizes and rapidly they sorted out my issue as well as refunded my money when I needed. I strongly recommend Best to Have, not only for the quality but also for the helpful team. Thanks a lot!”

“The ring itself is beautifully crafted! The postal service even over Christmas was really quick! It comes in a beautiful little presentation box (as pictured) The ring was a little misshapen (see pictures) but, nothing you can't fix by going to a jewelers who will probably reshape it for free. Overall ... amazing!”

“I ordered an eternity ring for xmas, however, the wrong ring was sent. I emailed you and you kindly. Sent a refund of postage and requested the ring to be returned. I sent recorded delivery at beginning of week and asked for the ring to be exchanged for the correct one. I since emailed to see if in fact you had received the ring back and estimated delivery on the exchange. I have heard nothing. Bit dissapointed as xmas present”
