“I ordered a gents ring. Looks nice in the image but in real life looks cheap and feminine. Also ther was a code i saw on image picture after wich was £5 less to pay. I didnt see it until after my purchase i think it needs to be bolded out in the details pr self applied at checkout because i payed extra and payed for delivery to. Ridiculous. Not happy with this purchase.”

“The ring is beautiful, even more so in person. Delivery was fast and I was kept in the loop, sizing was perfect and he must have loved it as HE SAID YES!! I didnt realise the stress you men go through proposing but I have to say his ring was not part of that stress, it was nice to have it arrive and be perfect. He really does adore it. Thank you.”

“Beautiful ring, just like the picture. Very good value. Quick delivery. Had to exchange/reorder as ordered a size too small but this was easily done, and initial purchase was refunded promptly. Best to Have's customer services were quick to sort and did not (like many) talk about delays or problems returning because of Covid etc!!! It was just sorted out quickly.”

“Amazing experience with Best to Have from start to finish! Customer service were wonderful... I ordered the wrong ring, sent an email (which was responded to really quickly, even on the bank holiday) and they rectified my order and issued a refund for the difference on the spot! My ring then arrived a few days later and it is absolutely stunning... impossible to believe that the price was sooo cheap!! I will definitely be a repeat customer 👍 Thank you!”
