“I've ordered the rings . Then week after find out that one of the sizes were out of stock. Waited over roll more then 3 weeks for the rings to be delivered. Poor communication with the customer service. No updates on what is happening or when the rings are going to be delivered.”

“Best To Have were recommended to me when a number of high end, high street jewellers were unable to supply me with a wedding ring to fit my large z+6 ring finger for my wedding in September. Best To Have had more available choices than all of the other jewellers combined. I honestly could not believe the prices that Best To Have were quoting. I chose my ring which was made difficult as Best To Have had so many wonderful rings to choose from. I then saw the price and was really quite shocked. This was of course in a very good way as Best To Have beat every one else by about 20x My ring turned up in 48 hours. It was extremely well packaged. The fit is perfect. Most important of all is the fact that the ring looks absolutely spectacular. I will be using Best To Have again and again and again and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.”

“I purchased this beautiful ring because i misplaced my wedding & engagement ring. I am devastated having had since my wedding day 33 years ago. This ring isnt quite what i expected its very yellow in colour and looks cheap the stones. You get what you pay for. I will keep until find my original rings.”
