“Recieved my eternity ring quickly and it looks just like the picture on the website im over the moon with it! I had a little problem while trying to order it so i rang customer service and a lovely lady calles Lisa helped me!! The service was excellent and im a very happy lady will definitely be shopping with best to have again well done to them!!”

“Poor customer service And lack of communication when dealing with a missing item. I received an email on Tuesday 28th April promising an update within 24 hours it is now friday 1st May and still I have no update. Item was ordered on 18th April and payment has been taken but I still do not know where my goods are. Very disappointing!!”
