“Emma, who dealt with my quote and policy was extremely helpful, very patient and went through all the information in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Emma also rang me back at exactly the time she said she would which I thought was brilliant. If I was just scoring Emma, I would have given Best Insurance a 5/5.”
