“I would like to express my gratitude to Mr Hamit Akyol for his help in renewing my policy. Mr Akyol's help and advise was a major factor in my decision to sign up with Best Insurance last year and to renew the policy with Best Insurance and not to switch to another provider. I would not have renewed the policy after receiving the generic marketing email referring to 'Bad News and Good News' and the offered policy option for renewal as it was not the best available policy. Furthermore I found the generic letter 'Bad News and Good News' not the best way to communicate news or be contacted in regards with a renewal. As psychologists have found we process negative data faster and more thoroughly than positive data, and it affects us longer. Receiving a letter inviting to renew a policy stating 'Bad News and Good News' would inevitably render us bias as of all the cognitive biases, the negative bias have the most influence over us. “I was contacted by Emma Blackmore six months ago who was very helpful. Due to a break in employment, I was unable to take out the required insurance and Emma was very clear about this. Six months later, Emma contacted me again and I have taken out the required insurance. Emma is very informative and honest and has world-class customer service. I would happily do business with Best Insurance again.”

“Harry contacted me after I had sent an email to one of his colleagues following a recommendation from a friend. He was exceptionally professional and gave me a full understanding of the policy and the options available. He was very courteous and did not put me off with a "hard sell" ( which would have made me look elsewhere) I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues.”
