“Brian was exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained a subject I found complicated in a simple understandable way. I felt he took the time to listen and recommend the products that would be of benefit to me. He replied speedily to my emails requesting various different quotes and phoned at a pre-agreed time to finalise the order. I really feel he went the extra mile on about 3 occasions to provide an exceptional and personal service. Hugely impressed.”
