“Service was good, both operatives pleasant and helpful, however I am always dissapointed the way insurance companies operate nowadays, by offering you an initial high renewal price, rather than offering the best renewal price to loyal Customers, without the need for a phone call to push for a better deal. Realise it's the norm nowadays but that doesn't make it correct.!”
