“Instant telephone call from BES when parts I ordered were not in stock. Thought I could wait but then it turned out I couldn’t so I cancelled order and was refunded the next day. Very happy with customer service response.”

“Goods arrived next day excellent advice over the phone slight issue I had was the wall plate and pipe is to short to go all way through the wall I had to solder an additional length to it should have a 450mm wall plate in the kit”
