“Always had delivery within 2 days offshore IOM so would expect next day in UK. this is for large boxes of ducting as well. very impressed. reasonable prices and free post over £50.”

“Great service. First part I ordered got bogged down in Royal Mail (despite Next Working Day service!) so they couriered me a replacement I needed for a job. Really helpful guy I spoke to made the whole process easy. Second item arrived well package and just in time. Would recommend and use again”

“Due to moving house to within a short distance from various Plumbers Merchants I hadn't used BES for about 10 years. Then I needed a specific item for a job and BES were one of the few companies stocking it that could deliver quickly. I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived next day, unfortunately damaged. I contacted customer services who were apologetic and very helpful and promised to check that the replacement item would be double checked and sent that day, I received the item foc next day in good condition, no quibble, no extra carriage. The members of staff I dealt with ( Jenny originally, and a gentlemen who's name I didn't catch and Eva who sorted the problem were excellent). Due to the service experienced and after checking their prices against Screwfix etc. I shall now use them again in future for my stock orders. Well done.”

“Excellent speed of delivery and a great price for the two pumps, also, getting it delivered to a UPS drop off point saves on postage cost, overall it was fantastic service and hopefully I'll not need to find out about the returns policy.”
