“The fitting is not as good as the previous one try to connect both sides but still one side of the hose was leaking Not much impressed from the product”

“Not the easiest of companies to work with for a commercial customer. The invoices are terrible they dont show the statement or whats in credit etc. When asked i get no answers.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are slightly confused as all items purchased are invoiced immediately. Also account customers also receive separate statements itemising invoices etc. This is standard practise and has been in place for many years without issue. “Easy to order online but most prices are no longer competitive. BES offer next day delivery but can turn up anytime of the day which is poor these days as many carriers text a delivery slot. Only use when I have to.”
