“Website, service and product were all fine, but the amount of packaging was ridiculous - a large box to deliver two screws and plugs. Turns out they'd lobbed in a thick catalogue and other bits of paper. No wonder I had to pay a fiver for delivery.”

“I just love the printed catalogue. Far easier to find what you need than browsing the internet. BUT BES also delivers at the speed we are accustomed to from internet orders. BES gives us the best of both worlds”
