“Great service, only hiccup was the fact I stated for delivery to be left by garage door (this was written on invoice) if not at home ! Unfortunately this was not passed on to ups and I had to visit local drop off point to collect 😡”

“Clesse LPG 2 Way Auto Changeover Regulator arrived but the internal packaging, and the regulator, were both damaged. BES Customer Service (Nick) was excellent and, after viewing pictures of the damaged item, he arranged a replacement. However, the replacement turned out to be badly scuffed in exactly the same place as the original was damaged, despite the packaging being undamaged. Conclusion, something is wrong either with BES, or more likely Clesse, Quality Control.”

“Item i ordered was cancelled, I rang BES to find out why “item has been dis continued they said, rang testo item has not been discontinued So dont know why my order was cancelled”

“A fantastic service, I was unsure of what I needed & was advised by the helpful technical team of what they thought I needed. The order came the next day, but unfortunately it was not correct. However, the return service was excellent & even though it didn't work for me this time I would recommend BES & definitely use them in the future.”
