“I have used BES for a number of years now, never had a reason to find fault, their returns proceeder is very user friendly when I have either over ordered of just plainly miss ordered. Always have had my deliveries arrive on time, they are just the perfect set up for me as I live an hour away from any of the usual suppliers so I just arrange my work load around ordering materials the night before and I pay the £5 before 12:00 extra delivery charge which I save easily in time and fuel if I were to collect from elsewhere.. & have them deliver straight to site. In fact I can buy copper tube from BES including having it delivered cheaper than my local builders suppliers.. all in all, a great set up..”

“Always has just the item I need, at the best price and speedy dispatch - just need to keep an eye on the courier. I had to contact UPS after a no-show on the advised delivery day. They delivered the next day though.”

“The courier delivery, or rather lack of, spoilt what would have been an excellent service from BES. UPS, came and went 3 times to deliver a tiny latch. The first time, apparently no-one was in, although we were. Then they couldn't find the address, although they had been there the day before and finally, it took a call to BES to sort out the UPS delivery schedule. I Strongly suggest BES finds a more efficient courier!! From the customers point of view, it was irritating and frustrating and leads me to think twice about using BES again. KP 21/10/18”
