“BES had an item that's very difficult to find these days: a fan key for a gas fire. It's a pity they use UPS, who were supposed to deliver the key to my home but instead lazily sent it to one of their access points, which is open only from 12 t 4pm and not at all on SUNDAYS.”

“Easy to order. Delivery a bit late but not drivers fault as road to us blocked. and he had to make a long detour. Prices good, quality fine, will order again when needed.”

“Fast and efficient, the only thing I will say is why send me 3 separate brochures via royal mail and that arrive on a Saturday next day and another in my parcel on the Monday. I know you possibly get discount with postal system but you just wasted 3 brochures and 3 X postal costs on a £60 order.”

“Next day delivery was right on time. Would have liked a cheaper delivery option though since these parts were small and not urgent. The CP961 valves are absolutely fantastic. Ingenious and cheap!”
