“order was incomplete. spoke to a supervisor on the phone who was very rude and condescending. they replaced 5 out of 7 mistakes but still had to source more parts for job. definitely not a quality company. would be better just shopping at screwfix”

Mr Evered, Thank you for your feedback re. delivery Tuesday 21st January. It seems the small reducers you required were not in each of the seven boxes we supplied, which is very unusual. As per your conversations with BES employees on Friday 24th we arranged five replacements (delivered Saturday 25th Jan a.m) We cancelled the remaining two as we did not have the stock to meet your deadline. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Apologies. BES

“The Meter Cupboard Door arrived promptly at the UPS Collection point and it fitted my external-wall Gas Meter cupboard exactly. It even had the fittings. Fantastic and great value for money.”

“I needed two 3/4" to 22mm connectors to make a repair joint in a 1950's home. As the pipes were slightly offset using a piece of flexi pipe was the only way I could achieve a water tight joint. Having tried every outlet in my vicinity I scoured online and BES were the only suppliers of the fittings. The price was good, the delivery very good and the job is done. Thank you”

“BES is the first place I go to for gas. Needed a passive G4 gas meter for a secondary meter install. Didn't even have to find each item as BES do a secondary meter installation kit. Placed my order and as always arrived on time and well packaged. Yet to install it but all good by BES getting it to me. Great job guys. Keep up the good work.”
