“Product seems OK, but thought £4.95 postage for a meter cupboard latch was a bit on the high side when ordered. Turns out the cost is to cover the delivery of a catalogue. I didn't request one, don't need one and even if I planned to us them again, which is doubtful, this is 2019, so I'd use the search feature on the website and not have to rely on having to find a weighty book in a cupboard or drawer somewhere.”

Many thanks for your message. We have tried calling you to advise that the £4.95 is our standard delivery for any order that is under £50 excl VAT. Our catalogue was enclosed in the box as it was your first order with us and this is just a standard procedure. Best wishes, BES
