“Good service from start to finish from your company”

“Unfortunately from start to finish I have had bad service. To start with I emailed to ask which of the two pictures of different items for the same listing was the correct one . No one got back to me , so I then called. The lady said they would get back to me on monday , they didn’t . So I called her again and she said they would get back to me , they didn’t . In the mean time having given up on the idea of anyone getting back to me quickly I ordered a part . When the part arrived it was the wrong part. I called to say what had happened . I was told I would get a refund , it didn’t happen . Felt like I was talking and dealing with ghosts .”

“The products arrived on time and well packaged. Instructions were clear and only took an hour for a trained plumber to fit. Really pleased with the result. The performance of our showers has greatly increased. They have gone from being barely usable because water pressure was so slow to being really decent showers. Very happy.”
