“Goods received fast unfortunately incorrect product supplied. Phoned in 16:45 Friday last week to be told by sales customer service closed ring Monday. Telephone on Thursday at 8:15 to sales to be told customer service would ring me back today as they haven't started work yet. Well it's now 12:15 and no call back........ May be customer service are having a late start today??????? 07940377006 waiting?”

“Thanks for the good service, supplying 1/2" ball valve, but the design made installation very difficult, in that there was insufficient clearance on the bolts to allow use of sockets or ring spanner.”
