“Very good service from BES, who followed up on clarifying a partial address and shipped in good time and with accuracy. Less encouraging service from their courier, who left my parcel in the refuse bin outside my house rather than at the door!”

“This is a very useful site that allows one to build a list of components as one works out what is needed. For the amateur (DIY) user finding what you want can be difficult as one needs to know the correct terminology for the search function. However, the topic headings provide an alternative, if slower, solution. The list can then be shunted into the basket at any point. Delivery next day by UPS is very good. The "extended barrel nipples" are a good idea (6 & 9 inch) and avoid the need to buy 3m lenghts of steel pipe for small jobs. Mininimum packing and carriage is £4.95 so best for ordering multiple items, but individual component prices are mostly much better than 'Free Postage' ebay items.”

“Can't recommend highly enough, after much searching managed to find BES and the parts I wanted at a massively competitive price. Not only was it well priced it was also free next day delivery. The part arrived as promised the following day and with a handy brochure and other offers. Fitted the parts I'd ordered and they worked perfectly. I am extremely pleased and would recommend to others as they provide not only a great service but also very good quality and value for money.”

“Our company placed an order last week for a before 10.30am delivery at a cost of £17.95. The delivery hadn't arrived by 12.30 and we had engineers on site waiting for the goods so that they could complete a gas job. When we enquired we were told the items were too big to have been shipped before 10.30am I explained to the customer service associate that we had ordered product the size of nuts and bolts and that the consignment was small to which he investigated and agreed and said the goods should have been shipped by UPS and not their other courier. He told me he would get an ETA and call back...…. my engineer called me at 5pm - the goods had arrived. I'm still waiting for a call from BES???”
