“Delivery was terrible. Sold as next day got my fitting 5 days later. To late for project had to find another way of Instaling fitting still to be collected as not needed anymore due to the delivery timescale.”

We are sorry that your order for a single hexagon bush did not arrive in Scotland next day when ordered just prior to Christmas. As per our terms and conditions all deliveries to Scotland can take 2-3 days to arrive (sometimes quicker) Our service levels currently run at 99% and unfortunately due to the peak of Christmas your delivery took 5 days which is very uncommon.
