“5 star. Had a leak in the mains supply-builders merchants locally were closed due to corana. BES had the parts and swift delivery meant I could be back on mains water the next day. Thank you!!”

“Emailed to enquire about some stuff, got a very prompt and helpful reply - ordered my stuff that afternoon and it turned up early this morning, amazing service and great prices compared to other places - ecommerce done right. Only issue was the amount of packaging - would have happily received pipe unboxed and insulation unboxed but I guess it's mostly for protection when delivering”

“Supposedly delivered on Friday but I've been checking for deliveries every day and it has not turned up. Presume it has been delivered to the wrong address as the delivery tracker says it has been delivered. I have checked with neighbours but they haven't received it, considering reordering from another supplier.”
