Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“I was looking for something specific for a 25th wedding anniversary gift, which only Berry's stocked, and it was discounted!! The necklace arrived beautifully wrapped 2 days later. Brilliant service and will use again.”

“We received the most wonderful, friendly and professional service, in store in Leeds, and we felt thoroughly well cared for by Sarah, whilst choosing a piece for our 40th wedding anniversary. All the staff were so welcoming as soon as we came through the door, and they had a large stock of beautiful quality jewellery to choose from. It was well worth the journey from Chester, thank you again Berry’s .”

“Excellent service and a very prompt delivery. The items ordered were exquisitely gift wrapped even though I had not requested this, so a nice surprise. The order, earrings and bangle, was a graduation gift for my granddaughter who both loved the quality and characteristic appearance. As I feel confident with Berry’s service, I intend to buy another item from them next month.”

“After an intensive search, I located a replacement for the Lalique earrings that had disappeared and purchased them from Berry's at what I believed to be a very reasonable cost. The transaction was simple as was the arrangement for shipping to the USA. The earrings arrived in perfect condition and much more quickly than I expected”

“I recently order a Longines Grande Classic ladies watch. It was not in stock at my local store so needed to be brought in from a sister store. I was told that I would receive an email when ready for collection. I waited with eager anticipation for said email but in the end had to email the head office to see where my watch was. I was told that it had, in fact, arrived at the store so off I toddled. Rang the bell and had to wait to be let in the shop, even though there were 3 shop assistants in the front of the shop. I was greated with a rather curt, YES, and informed the assistant that I was here to collect my watch. I was asked to take a seat and she brought it to me. Do you want to try it on, yes please was the response as it could be seen that it would be too big and require some links taken out. She altered the bracelet, I tried it on again, she informed that she would put it in a bag and then I left. Not the best shopping experience. When I purchased my Omega from a different jeweller, It was a totally, I was offered refreshment and made to feel that I was a valued customer. When I visited your store, I felt as if I was a bit of hindrance, interupting the shop assistants afternoon. I love my watch but unfortunately, wont be returning to your Hull store.”
