“I was a little disappointed that my order did not arrive on time, especially as it was for my Husbands baptism. It may be better to let people know that the 5 days for delivery will start from the day the order is dispatched not the day it was ordered.”

Dear Carla, sorry to hear your order didnt get to you on time. Our delivery times are based on working days from the date of your order, so your order should have been dispatched on 3rd at the latest to get to you on time. I can see from your order it was sent out 1 day late, so we do apologize for this. We were busier than than expected last week, so this did put your order a day behind unfortunately. Again, sorry for the delay.

“I ordered the wrong items. After a telephone call the correct items were sent out without any problems, the money for the first items were returned into my account, and I sent money for the correct items with the returned goods. Very efficient.”

“Items arrive very quickly - some items are delayed and it would be nice to be able to find out what the delay is, rather than just see a 'not delivered' message on the website. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service.”

Dear Sister, thank you for your order and review. The point you raised is very valid and something we will be resolving soon. In the meantime, the delivery dates for any pre-order items can be seen on the product page. If the item is now in stock, it will be being dispatched in the next few days.

Dear Sister. Thank you for your order. The items you mentioned are pre-order items. Pre-order items haven't been in stock before as they are new items, and they go on our website (usually due to many requests to be able to pre-order these) while we wait for them to be manufactured so you can take delivery of these quicker when they arrive in stock. All pre-order items are shown as 'pre-order' online along with the estimated due-in just above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page. These came in stock this afternoon (a few days earlier than expected), so we have started sending these out. I hope this information clears up why you havent received these yet. Thanks again.
