I have just double checked the actual cost of this delivery vs the price you paid for the delivery, and I am happy to let you know the delivery you paid was around half of what the actual cost was to ship this out. Dear Susan, Sorry to see you left us a negative review because you have not received your diaries. The items you ordered are pre-order 2018 diaries. When you ordered these items online, a notification showed letting you know that these diaries would be delivered in December (we need to wait until we have all the schedule and year text, then have these printed, which all takes time). We always ensure when you order diaries early, you will have the diaries in plenty of time before the new year. I hope this information helps.

“This review is on the item last year I bought the childrens stylus pen, I bought for the regional convention, my son was so upset because the stylus didn't work properly on his hudl, we tried all our electronic devices and only my phone it worked ok on them, my son having asd we found it hard to calm him down. It's the only item we've ever had that we where disappointed in.”
