“The items were delivered on time in very good condition. I would have liked though a confirmation email sent to me once I purchased the items and also an email confirming the delivery date and time slot. Thankfully I was in at the time of delivery however I could have easily missed the delivery as I was not informed by email. Apart from that I am very pleased with what I ordered and the quality of the items.”

“The web site was easily understandable and ordering and delivery were both fine. Unfortunately the packaging was not good. Several of the pens had punctured the postage bag and one was hanging out. Fortunately though all eight pens were still in the package.”
