You were in contact on 5th January, when we responded the same day with our apologies, an updated tracking link, and advice on next steps. As explained at the time, the parcel will be officially confirmed as lost on 2nd February, at which point a full refund will be issued. “What a fantastic service! My shoes arrived sooner than expected and they were packed with care. I appreciated the hand written note from Karen too. My shoes fitted perfectly, however, there was a returns label and clear instructions on how to return if needed. I will definitely buy Begg shoes again.”

“I'm new to the area and popped in to look for some new boots. I was made to feel welcome in the shop and the service from the staff was very good. I bought one pair of boots and ordered a pair of trainers to be delivered as they did not have my size in stock. They arrived quickly and were just as expected. It was hassle free, had good choice and friendly staff - I'll definetly shop there again.”

“I was a bit skeptical buying wedding shoes online as my feet are fairly narrow ...I thought with the design of the shoe and the standard width and also a decent make all would be well. Thankfully they are lovely and are comfortable to walk in....heel not too high!”

“Very comfortable trainer's can walk for miles whilst wearing them, and quite often do. So hard to find 9.5 size shoes these days but Begg Shoes had them. Also they we're expertly packed by Emma from the Inverness store. Will look forward to getting my next pair from them.”

“Have had 3 pairs of boots from Beggs shops, (obviously my favourites. Such great quality and so comfortable. Can just put them on and walk and walk, no sore feet breaking these in. Well worth the price.”
