“The gabor blue patent JoJo loafers are so beautiful .However, my feet are wide and I could not get into them.Such a shame .I had to return them. However the staff in the Inverness Beggs shop are so helpful and efficient. They sent the shoes on the agreed date . I would use Beggs Inverness again.”

“Fast postage, lovely comfy trainers which were a perfect fit. I didn't have to use it but particularly liked the returns policy- easy to use labels inside the box.”

“I have very broad feet and always have a sinking heart when I start looking for specialist shoes. This time I needed walking shoes with goretex to go. On a hiking holiday in Costa Rica. But I found the most perfect, comfortable, stylish shoes, size 5 1/2 wide from Begg shoes, which came very promptly. Thank you so, so much !”

“Phoned to ask about sizing of a pair of sandals. Brenda reassured me about sizing, so ordered a size up to what I normally wear. Fit perfectly, and nicely packaged with a hand written thankyou from Emma included.”

“I bought a pair of Sketchers sandals from Beggs specifically for a recent holiday and am so glad I did! They are so easy and comfortable to wear. The memory foam makes them spongy and light. They weren’t available in my local store but were ordered from another one and arrived within a few days. There was a lovely little note in them saying Thank You and a wee smiley face - delightful! 😁. Supporting local shops is so important.”
