“Great service. I had to return a pair of Gabor rolling soft trainers after only three weeks due to a suede toggle breaking off. It was dealt with swiftly and I received a full refund. I would have re-ordered the same trainers from Begg shoes because they were very comfortable but, unfortunately, they were out of stock. Overall, a great and friendly service. I would recommend.”

“Good company to deal with- and I’m pleased it’s a Scottish one. Only reason not 5* is that their next day delivery, costs extra, was actually a day late”

Thank you so much for your kind words and for supporting a Scottish business! We always aim for a 5-star experience, so we just wanted to clarify the delivery timeline. Our cutoff for same-day dispatch on next-day delivery is 12:00 noon. Because this order was placed at 2:00 PM, it was shipped the following morning and delivered by Royal Mail the next day, right on schedule according to our terms. Thank you again for your support, and we look forward to welcoming you back!
