“Very pleased with my recent order of a pair of Clark’s slip-on shoes for my husband, with which he’s delighted.. The service from Beggs is excellent with prompt delivery and a handwritten note of thanks enclosed with the shoes - a welcome personal touch. Great company which I highly recommend.”

“Good selection of shoes, boots and trainers. I always know any purchases will fit me. Truly fit to size. Always quality items. Good descriptions to help make your choice with multi colours usually. Easy online booking and fast delivery. Love the note inside from a staff member it makes you feel special as a customer. Shop staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Love Beggs shoes. It is always my first and usually only choice of supplier.”

“Best shoe shop ever. Very helpful and friendly staff. Buy all my boots and sandals here, I love the Remonte and Reiker brands. The loyalty scheme is a boost. I love a shop where you can try on shoes as there are so many size variations nowadays.”

“Extremely helpful lady in Eastgate Inverness branch. My boots were not in stock but she sourced a pair and when I discovered they were not exactly the right fit she was on the search again for the perfect pair and had them posted to my door. Great service.”

“We first used you in lock down and have purchased from you again because of your prompt delivery and service. The sketchers slippers were of good quality and fitted perfectly. We struggle to get sketchers in the size we wanted and cannot source even from the sketchers shop”

“Popped into store and got some fab boots in the sale, very comfortable. There was another pair I also liked (also in the sale) but my side wasn’t in stock, in store . The sales assistant was fantastic, got them ordered online for me there and then to be delivered to my house. I went out for lunch right after, my food hadn’t even arrived when I got a ‘dispatched’ email. Can’t ask for better service than that!”

“I was looking for some designer slippers that a relative wanted for Christmas. I couldn't find them anywhere until I happened upon Beggs. They could have not been more helpful. Getting the shoes delivered to my local store for pickup and cancelling the Royal Mail delivery that probably wouldn't have arrived in time. Will use again!!”
