“The service was excellent. Unfortunately the shoes were not wide and soft enough to fit my H width feet ( plus bunions). Unfortunately therefore I have had to return them. They have made the returns process extremely easy.”

“I was in need of a pair of shoes for a special occasion at short notice and was struggling as we live in a remote area and our wonderful shoe shop has closed. i looked on Begg's website and found teh perfect pair. The assistant was so helpful and accurate in fine tuning the description. I opted to pay a little extra for next day delivery which worked brilliantly. I am delighted with the shoes and cannot recommend Begg shoes highly enough. So much so that I am hoping to visit the shop when we are next on holiday in the Highlands.”

“Service was great. Very prompt delivery and simple returns process. The Gabor shoes I ordered for my son's wedding are beautiful but I am returning them and will order a slightly different style from same brand as these ones expose a bit too much of my feet for my liking.”
