“I visited the Inverness store, tried on shoes but was not sure of my size, the assistant gave me the shoe reference/ style, also the direct phone number. I returned home & checked another similar pair I have, phoned & placed an order. The shoes arrived within 3 days. My sincere thanks to Natasha (Inverness store)for providing excellent service.”

“Wanted to replace a pair of casual shoes bought during lockdown and worn through at the heel. Identical ones no longer available however saw a pair which were almost identical. Unfortunately there were none in my size in stock so the assistant very quickly ascertained she could get a pair sent within a couple of days. They duly arrived and I am absolutely delighted with the style comfort and fit.”

“I bought them for my husband, and they are exactly what was needed. He normally takes size 9 1/2 but we found size 10 was right for these shoes. Not only are they comfortable, require no bending down, but also quite smart for more formal dressing. Many thanks.”
