“I first placed my order via Amazon Marjet Place and they allocated the incorrect size (Amazon error, not Begg) I emailed Begg Shoes who responded immediately to explain. The did not have my size, however suggested that the particual trainer I wanted came up big and that I should go for a smaller size anyway, which I did. They arrived very quickly and Faith from Begg Shoes was 100% correct, they are perfect!”

“Excellent customer service.....prompt delivery of well packaged goods ...unfortunately had to return goods as fitting was was not personally suitable. Swift refund received in less than 48hrs! Definitely recommend and will certainly use this company again. Thank you.”
