“Hi. I was very impressed at Beggs service to their customers. I wanted to buy a pair of trainers from Inverurie but didn’t have my size. The sales lady went in line and saw there was a pair of shoes my size in Peterhead. They were ordered and I had a lovely surprise they arrived at my house the next day by Royal Mail. Thank you”

“Fabulous...bought these shoes for my Autistic son who can't tie laces ,bless him. The shoes are so comfy for him. The first time using BEGGS SHOES which are brilliant, lovely wee personalised note thanking me for the purchase. Super fast delivery.....highly, highly appreciated and recommend....thankyou.”

“I like to support independent shops so I ordered shoes from Beggs online. Within 24 hours the shoes were in transit. The return of other pairs I didn’t want was very easy with a prepaid label. I will definitely buy from Beggs again and would recommend them to others.”

Hello Dylan Thank you for taking the time to leave a company review regarding this issue. I was unable to see any previous correspondence to let us know of the issue. We inspected the size of the shoes on their return and can confirm they were the UK size 6 as ordered via our website. Crocs have their own size conversion and include the US sizes on the soles of the shoes. All of the Crocs products on our website state that the size on the sole of Crocs is the US size, but our shoes are sold in UK sizes. I'm sorry that the shoes were not as expected on this occasion. We have received your return and your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days as per our returns policy. Kind regards Faith Begg Shoes

“Wonderful customer service. I knew from the time I received my shoes that this would be the case when I saw the handwritten note from a member of staff. It's so nice to be treated as an individual. When I had to return my first order (made via Amazon) I decided to call the Elgin shop and speak to someone about the problem I have with my feet. I spoke to Jadzia and she went out of her way to suggest alternative ideas and was super friendly. Much appreciated, thank you so much.”
