“Begs have a good selection of shoes and can order a specific style colour size from another branch. Customer service in store or from another branch is excellent. The rewards scheme s good too.”

“I bought a pair of expensive slippers at your store, 5 years ago, whilst on a cruise. They were the most hard wearing ones I have ever had. I had to throw them out last year. I bought other replacement ones which were awful. My wife remembered the name of your store, googled and found you did free delivery to wales. I ordered them online, they arrived a few days later and I am very happy with them again. Cannot recommend this fantastic footwear shop enough.”

“I finally found sandals which go with my feet. I've got quite a few pairs in different colours of the Free Spirit, Fairmont 2 range. I was disappointed that after waiting for khaki sandals to appear, when they arrived they were a pale greyish green. They are acceptable but I'm still keeping an eye out for a lovely dark khaki sandal! Perhaps next year? Thank you for your customer friendly service.”

“Ordered my trainers but my usual size seemed a bit tight so reordered the next size up - they were perfect sent original pair back. Both deliveries came quickly and also the refund. Always like to choose something different when it comes to my trainers and always seem to get what I'm looking for at Beggs”

Her knowledge, her sensitivity, her understanding and her explanations made me feel welcome comfirtable and ready to speand. and spend I did. 4 pairs later.
