“Impressed that this shop had full range (including sizes) of the (Orca Bay) shoes I was looking for - unlike other suppliers who advertise but don’t stock sufficiently. Delivery was swift and efficient - and I particularly liked the handwritten note that was included in the packaging!”

“I recently ordered a pair of my favourite Reiker trainers in a different colour ftom Beggs.I couldn't find anywhere local still stocking this particular style. My order was dealt with efficiently and duly arrived on the advised day and time. Unfortunately on trying on I discovered a small but uncomfortable lump in the inner sole of the right shoe. Having decided that it would cause too much discomfort to wear I returned the shoes to Begg explaining the problem Later that day I looked on their website again and saw my favourite style in my size but a different colour still in stock.I ordered immediately. I got a very polite acknowledgement of the return of my original order plus Begg kindly refunded my postage! My second order arrived swiftly and in perfect condition. I found Beggs a very straightforward company to deal with and cant fault the service I received.”

“Staff in inverness high street very helpful Good advice given They were polite and helpful. Would go back to inverness high street branch. 5 stars to staff inverness high street branch. I ended up.buying 2 pairs of trainers. Sometimes in other beggs shops the staff aren't as helpful and I left without buying , feeling disappointed Disappointed with remonte boots they are narrow fitting. I have in the past bought them and they weren't so narrow across the foot. They split after awhile on the inside of the foot. They are not a patch on the reiker boots that look the same style. Shame as the reiker boots are much better quality”

“I asked your Inverness Victorian Market Branch to organise delivery of shoes and a bag to me as I was unwell. Excellent service - above and beyond I’d say from a young American lady. Received exactly what was requested in good time. A few weeks’ later my husband and I went to the branch mentioned above and received excellent service from both the manageress and same young lady mentioned before. We both purchased shoes and thanks to the patient and courteous service added to the knowledge of these assistants will definitely be back. I had occasion to ring this week to ask for insoles to be posted to me - absolutely no problem and had them in less than 48 hours. Well done these assistants - we give Begg Shoes 100%! “What a lovely shop in Inverness 👍🏻 very helpful staff and nothing too much trouble 😊 l bought some lovely sandals which were ordered for me to send to my home address …. Quick process and delivery. I highly recommend this shoe shop and their online shop also … Huge choice of shoes for all shapes and sizes 👍🏻.”
