“I searched on-line for a handbag to match my boots and came across Begg Shoes. Ordering was very easy and they kept me informed of my delivery, even sending me a lovely email explaining that the severe weather in Scotland had slightly held up my parcel. It arrived safely and well packed exactly when they said and matched perfectly with my boots. Quality handbag, quality service and a quality company to deal with. Very impressed all round!”

“Visited the Perth store where both myself and my wife ordered shoes/ boots. The lady treated us like we were regular customers and all in, was a pleasant experience. I then called the store the following week to order another pair for myself and the process was very easy and once again, the lady was so polite and understanding and very informative. Would definitely recommend Beggs for quality,selection and most importantly, customer service, satisfaction. It's definitely a 10/10 for me. The handwritten letter that came in the box was extra special and very nice indeed.”

“Good service and quality shoes, just didn't fit unfortunately, but I would order again from Begg shoes. I had to contact customer service as one of the orders was delayed due to the snow, they were very helpful and I had an email straight back. Only small negative comment would be I placed one order for two pairs of the same shoe in different sizes, and they were sent to me separately from different branches, (with a lovely message inside I must add) but the return labels provided were separate too, so that meant I had to pay two lots of return fees.”

“Was very excited to find what looked like the last pair of Gabor Yeo sandals in a size 4 and in white on your website, I really wanted them for a holiday where I knew I’d be walking a lot and in hot weather. I knew they’d fit as my sister had a pair. Managed to find two others styles I liked having looked at everything, fabulous choice!!! Then did two orders by mistake and your customer service staff quickly sorted it and also processed refunds quickly as sadly the two other pairs were too wide. Will happily shop with you again knowing that you offer choice, speedy delivery and good customer service. Wish I lived nearer to visit the shop!!! Many thanks”

“I rang customer services as our order was taking a little longer than anticipated, for good reason, the post was halted in Scotland due to extreme weather conditions, they were extremely apologetic and made enquires with Royal Mail AND came back to me with an update. The shoes arrived two days later ( there had been a thaw) and my son is delighted with both the quality and comfort of the shoes. I will definitely buy from Begg again. Thank you.”
