“Service was excellent- staff were very friendly and helpful on the phone. I would certainly consider looking for shoes from this shop. Unfortunately the shoes didn't suit me so I returned them. Returns were no hassle.”

“When my order arrived in the post, there was a delightful handwritten note that brought me a smile for its thoughtfulness! Later, when there was a problem with the boots sent, a quickly answered phone call provided me with many options. Later when the boots I wanted were sent to the shop in town, the staff there also made the exchange ever so easy. I love this shoe company!!!”
