“I ordered a pair of white shoes which arrived with dirty marks on them. I notified Begg Shoes who were very concerned and apologetic and asked me to return them free of charge for a full refund which I did. I ordered a replacement pair which arrived within two days and these were in perfect condition. The company were very concerned and apologetic and the matter was dealt with very efficiently and professionally. I would definitely buy from Begg Shoes again.”

“First class service, advice and support @ Peterhead branch; supported & reinforced by prompt house delivery. Shoes delivered well protected, not excessively, by fully recyclable packaging. Will return or other Begg shoppie.”

“I like the toe post sandals from Begg Shoes. They are the perfect shape for my awkward feet, the leather uppers are lovely and soft, the soles are a good thickness and there is a wide choice of colours. Delivery was quick and easy. Many thanks!”
