“This is the second pair of sandals I have bought from Begg. They are so comfy and well-made. I wore the previous pair throughout last years summer . They were great for walking over uneven roads and tracks and yet with a quick brush they looked good when going out for a holiday tipple. The service from Begg was great - the shoes arrrived quickly and well packaged . There was also a personal note thanking me for the purchase. Great shoes, great delivery and great price - what's not to like!”

“Beggs shop tried to charge me for return goods even though I had ordered through amazon. They don't tell you before you order items. Wouldnt buy again from this store the manager I spoke to didn't have a clue! However second time I called them got to speak to a young sales person, who was very good.”

“This is a brilliant shop. I ordered two pairs of Sketchers for my husband, online at Beggs as my husband is unable to get out to shops. I have previously bought slippers for him from you. They arrived from two different shops with very quick delivery. Unfortunately, they were too small and had to be returned. The return process was simple and easy to use and refunds promptly received. I ordered two more pairs again coming from two different shops, with very quick delivery. Each order came with a personal note on a compliment slip from whoever packed and sent them. This is a lovely touch and it felt that I was dealing with a person rather than an online ordering system. A very professional and personal service. Many thanks.”
