“I bought ankle boots which I love, in Beggs Inverness. Spoiled for choice, the selection was very much my style. Although my size wasn't in-store that day, I knew from trying similar style what would fit. Staff organised my order / home delivery and within a week I was wearing them. Delighted.”

“I can only comment on the choice and excellent service from Begg Shoes as the shoes I purchased are for my husband's Christmas present. The quality is 100% and the little personal "thank you" note that came with them was a nice touch. Lovely to get such top class service in this day and age! I'm sure my husband will be delighted with them as they are to replace some which he purchased several years ago from Beggs.”

“The service I received ordering boots from Begg was great. Unfortunately, I had to return them as they were too narrow for my wide feet! Returning the boots was easy too and I received my refund. Please offer more wider fitting boots. Thank you”

“The company very good customer service, I bought a pair of boots from them unfortunately there was a manufacturer defect so they replaced the boots unfortunately the second pair had the same defect so they have promised a full refund.”
