“I am impressed by the huge selection of shoes, sandals etc, and the brands available from Beggs. I've bought from Beggs a few times now and am really pleased with the service. Delivery has always been quick, generally 2 or 3 days maximum from ordering, and it's so lovely to get a little packaging note from the dispatcher, making my purchase feel valued. My only complaint - you don't have a shop in the Strathclyde area! I would love to visit one of your shops without a driving a few hours.”

“I cannot fault Begg Shoes, the site is easy navigate, quality products, quickly dispatched. Unfortunately I had to return my order, only because they didn’t suit me! No hassle or issues and my refund returned to my account promptly. I loved the personal touch - a thank you note for my order. I will definitely shop here again!”

“I wanted a pair of wedge smart shoes. The ones I hoped for didn't fit comfortably. The lovely lady found a similar style which I preferred! They are smart elegant and comfortable. Delighted with them and her sensitive courteous manner.”

“Amazing company - sadly the boots I bought as a gift for my sister had to be returned. However, given the level of service, both friendly but professional, together with competitive pricing, quick delivery and equally quick refund on return I woulnd't hesitate to make them my first choice when considering nother purchase.”

“Well chosen stock. Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the Inverness shop. An excellent website with useful guidance on sizing, and the occasional tempting sale offer, make online purchase a realistic option too, especially if you live a long way away.”
