“Have bought a pair online and also two pairs of shoes this year at Begg's store in Inverness, and as always, the customer service was extremely good - freindly, not pushy, helpful, well-informed. The return of an online order was negotiated in the store without problem, and advice given on a replacement pair, which has worked out well. The choice offered is extremely good, and so is the quality, and it doesn't necessarily mean shoes are overly expensive. You definitely get what you pay for in material and fit. I have my best ever walking shoes from Begg's (Waldlaufer), and have also just bought a smart yet comfortable ankle-boot from them (Rieker). Highly recommended.”

“Happy to shop locally where possible. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Online order arrived quickly when the local shop didn't have my size. A pity that the boots were in a tatty box and the sale label ( £110) from last year was stuck inside the boot and not the price I paid !!”

“Found a good range of quality children's boots at Beggs, Perth, ordered a pair in a colour not in stock and recieved them very promptly before Christmas. Staff were welcoming, pleasant and efficient and the large screen very useful in viewing options. i would quite happily return to Begg in future.”

“Begg Shoes were the only company to sell the shoes that I wanted. They were a pair of skechers slip-ins. They handled my order with haste and I recieved them in a couple of days.”
