“Thank you for your very good email. I am delighted with my purchase of Gabor Rolling Soft shoes. I have 2 old pair of Rollin Soft shoes (which are replacing two similar old pairshave seen better days!). I was delighted to find these on the internet and, as I have impaired vision, they were easy to purchase with a pleasant 'phone cal. The order arrived very quick and I am delighted with my purchase - 'tho very expensive! Thank you very much.”

“Delighted with my second pair of Legero trainers. I've loved the first pair I got last year. I got such excellent help in the Perth shop whereby they ordered in the colour I wanted. I've always experienced friendly and polite service in the Perth shop. Susan also helped me chose the blue Ecco sandals and ordered them in for me too. They immediately felt comfortable as soon as I tried them on. It is a great help to have the ability to try shoes on in store but also have the luxury of getting your exact size/colour ordered in.”

“Your serice was impeccable. However I do not like having to order shoes online as I prefer to try on several pairs and the second pair I ordered had to be returned as although the size I requested, they did not fit at all. The website is very good for looking at availability.”

“I like to buy Rieker shoes. The G width fitting suits my feet and copes with a bunion. Begg always stock a range of styles and colours including many that I never see in shop stockists. I have bought several pairs of their boots and most recently a pair of closed toe sandals which do a wonderful job of disguising my bunion but looking and feeling light and airy. The shoes are always delivered within a couple of days appropriately packaged with return pre paid labels. I recently used a different supplier who tried to persuade me to keep a pair of shoes that did not fit and to supply me with a free second pair. When I refused they asked me to accept a partial refund and to keep the shoes - saving the cost of return postage. They finally agreed to a refund with great reluctance. I will always use Begg in future.”
