“Excellent service and product. I had to return the first pair of trainers, as they were not suitable. The returns service was very straightforward....collected from my home, and refunded quickly. I ordered the second pair on the phone...again straightforward. It was so refreshing to speak to someone.....a rate treat these days! The trainers, when received, were just right.... comfortable with removable insoles, and arch support.”

“Such great service. The assistant was very helpful and raised 2 orders for shoes for me to be delivered. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had ordered 2 pairs as unsure of which ones I preferred. The assistant advised that I had 60 days to decide. Well as I liked both pairs, I have kept them. I will certainly return to purchase more shoes. Thank you for a great experience.”

“The Market Harborough branch of Beggs was a superb experience, friendly knowledgable staff. A warm welcome and good advice even when the product I was looking for was not available in my size they quickly checked using their digital stock screen and found exactly what I was looking for. Great service.”

“Great products & extremely helpful & efficient staff member who went 'the extra mile' to obtain & ensure I got the correct size & fit for my less than petite feet ! On occasion, against the odds of obtainability & time deadlines as well. Great. Thanks.”
