“I am still waiting for delivery of shoes”

Hello Eve Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry that you are still waiting for your order to arrive. I have checked the status of your order and I can see that we shipped your parcel on the 8th of March and your parcel left the UK on the 14th of March. We usually expect parcels going to Australia to arrive within 14 working days from dispatch but occasionally we see some delays beyond this. The only Royal Mail shipping service available to Australia is International Signed, which does not provide tracking updates once the parcel has left the UK. I am confident that your parcel will be with you soon so that you can enjoy your new shoes. If you are still waiting for your parcel to arrive by the 19th of April (30 working days after dispatch) please do get in touch and we can initiate our Lost Parcel procedure. “No text or email sent saying that shoes were ready for collection. I think this must be down to staff shortage and training of new staff. But the shop was lovely and staff there were very pleasant. Good luck”

“I almost never leave reviews but have taken the time as I'm so pleased with the service from this shop. I was a little worried about buying online from a shop I'd never heard of for shoes for my daughter's wedding but they arrived quickly and are perfect. Even the little note in the box was a nice touch. I have no doubt that had the shoes not been suitable their customer service would have been excellent. Wish I lived in Scotland and could visit an actual store. What a change from so many online experiences! Thank you!”

“Thank you Begg Shoes for the excellence you achieved with my 1st order, shipping all the way to Windsor, Ontario, Canada🇨🇦 Ordered March 1st & received March 14th in terrific condition, with info on return processing and a handwritten note inside thanking me for the business! That was a nice touch & much appreciated too :) The tracking number by Royal Post was received but unfortunately, Cda Post did not advised of a new tracking number, once they received it in Canada… that left me wondering where the parcel was, but I was patient. Cda Post did request a signature when they delivered. All in all, a good experience and my shoes are the best! Thank you Begg Shoes!”
