“I bought these Ecco shoes from Begg. They arrived promptly and safely packed with a personal note inside - a lovely human touch. Unfortunately, they did not suit me so I returned them. I quickly received the refund and from purchase to refund, Begg Shoes kept me fully informed by e mail - that gave me great confidence and I really appreciate the excellent service. Thank you.”

“Bought online Reiker boots , loved them , but one squeeked ! Returned them and a replacement pair arrived within the week . Very helpful young woman spoke to me on the phone and set aside last remaining pair in my size to send once 1st pair returned. Excellent service, thank you .”

“What great service - I ordered some Ecco shoes (have been wearing the same design for over 20 years!) on Sunday online and they arrived on Wednesday morning. Begg Shoes was cheaper that Ecco’s site too, and postage was included.”
